“The Western”.
We are set on the southern side of St Austell town centre, within a 2 minute walk of the centre, with the luxury of ample parking and easy access, tucked away at the bottom of the Gover valley, yet still in the town centre.
The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissy, the tall ships at Charlestown are but a few of the local attractions on our doorstop.
